Karthik Chandrashekara 04b395b6ad Removed the multiplication of the full Clausing Factor since the correct flux coming out of the oven is obtained by accounting for the clipping by the aperture which is done by numerically integrating the angular distribution till the exit divergence angle that is limited by the aperture to obtain what is called the "reduced" Clausing Factor. This is calculated in the initialVelocitySampling and multiplied to this flux to get the "reduced" flux.
